Personal data we collect

When you contact us, request a demo, or fill in a form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, work email address, company name, job title, and phone number. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, arrange the demo or meeting you requested, and follow up on next steps.

We also collect standard technical and usage information when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general interaction data (such as which sections of a page you scroll to or click on). We use this to keep the site secure, understand how it is used, and improve it over time. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data.

Data we process on behalf of operator customers

Separately from this website, when a licensed operator engages Future8’s AI Apps — as a managed service or a platform subscription — Future8 processes operational data belonging to that operator as part of delivering the service. This may include workflow data, transaction and player-operations data relevant to the AI Apps in use, and the decision records each AI App emits for audit purposes.

That processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with each operator customer, not by this website’s privacy notice. Those agreements cover:

Future8’s role as processor (or sub-processor, where Continent 8 or FuturePath is also involved) and the operator’s role as controller
Data residency commitments per jurisdiction, including in-jurisdiction processing where the operator’s license requires it
Sub-processor disclosure, including Continent 8 infrastructure, FuturePath’s AI applications platform, and any model providers used
Retention and deletion terms tied to the operator’s own regulatory retention obligations
Audit and evidence-access rights consistent with the decision records Future8’s AI Apps generate

Sharing your information

Future8, Continent 8, and FuturePath operate across multiple jurisdictions.
